道了，他就写了一封信，派人去见赵王，说愿意用十五座城来换

那块宝玉。于是就发生了下面的故事完璧归赵的故事。

第一幕：在赵国皇宫

赵惠文王得到了一块名贵宝玉“和氏璧”，在皇宫中玩耍。（旁

白）

小兵1：（气喘吁吁地跑着上场）报-报-报-报，大王，秦国

使者到，可否，可否召其晋见。

赵王：（心中自语：最近总觉得心神不定睡不香。自从这和

氏璧来到手，总担心啥时被抢走。这个秦国使者是不是来抢东西

啊，但是秦强，我们弱啊，还是接见吧。）快快有请。

小兵1：传、传秦国使者晋见。

秦使：（很傲慢，没有行礼）这儿有一封信，本国大王叫我交

答应秦的请求而让它负理亏的责任。”

赵王：点点头，觉得有理。就对众大臣说“，众爱卿，谁愿

意替寡人出使秦国。”

大臣们:（面面相觑，都往后退，谁都不愿意出使秦国）

蔺相如：站出来大声说：“大王，草民愿意带着和氏璧到秦国

去，如果秦王真的拿十五座城来换，臣就把璧交给他；如果他不

肯交出十五座城，臣一定完璧归赵。”

赵王：（无奈）那就这么办吧！来人，把和氏璧交给蔺先

生。

从出使秦国。

第二幕：秦国皇宫

走了几天后，蔺相如和随从带着和氏璧来到了秦国，进入秦

国宫殿。（旁白）

蔺相如：（作揖动作）说：“小臣参见秦王。”

秦王：请起。

蔺相如：小臣已把宝物带来，（蔺相如双手奉上和氏璧）

秦王：（接到和氏璧，左右观看，爱不释手）“真不愧是和氏

璧，雪白无暇，真是绝世无双的宝物！”（却绝口不提十五座城的

事）旁白

蔺相如：（看到这种情形）啊，秦王不提换城之事。（小声说）。

于是走上前作揖大声说：“大王，在这块璧上有点瑕疵，是否要我

指给您看。”

秦王：啊，有此等事？快指给本王看看。（说完就急急叫宦

官把璧递了蔺相如）

宦官1：将和氏璧递给了蔺相如。

蔺相如：（刚接到和氏璧就捧着璧退了几步站住，背靠着柱

子，理直气壮地说）大王，臣看您并不想以十五城换取和氏璧，

现在璧可是在臣的手上，您要是强迫臣，臣的脑袋将和这璧一起

撞碎在这柱子上。(说着，蔺相如双手举起和氏璧，就要向柱子上

撞)

秦王：（秦王很着急）“一切都好商量，好商量，来人，把

我国地图拿上来。本王一定把这十五座城划归赵国。”

宦官1和2：拿来地图，在蔺相如面前展开。

秦王：“这座城，这座城，都给你们。”（秦王随手指了十五

座城给蔺相如看）

蔺相如：（料定秦王只不过以欺诈的手段假装把城划给赵国，

实际上是无法得到的。）就对秦王说：“和氏璧是天下公认的宝贝，

赵王敬畏大王，不敢不献出来。赵王送璧的时候，斋戒了五天。

现在大王也应斋戒五天，在朝堂上安设“九宾”的礼节，我才敢献

上和氏璧。”

秦王：无奈只得同意。

第三幕：广成宾馆

（秦王派人把蔺相如安置在广成宾馆里。蔺相如进入了宾馆

后，左思右想，料定秦王必定不会把城给赵国。）

蔺相如对随从说：“秦王虽然答应斋戒，但必定会违背信约，

不会将城补偿给赵国，你换上粗布衣服，化妆成农民，从小道逃

走，将和氏璧送回赵国，交给大王。

随从：喏！接过和氏璧，穿上粗布衣服，带着和氏璧匆匆沿

着小路回国，将和氏璧安全送给赵王。

第四幕：秦王的宫殿

（秦王斋戒五天后，在朝堂上设了“九宾”的礼仪，宴请赵国

使者蔺相如。蔺相如再次走进秦王的宫殿。）

秦王：本王已如期行事，应该把和氏璧交给本王了吧！

蔺相如：大王，和氏璧我已经派人走小路早已送回赵国。

秦王：（秦王大怒）大胆畜生，你知道欺君之罪是要斩首的

吗？

蔺相如：（哈哈大笑）我这样做，是怕受大王欺骗而对不起

赵国，所以派人先拿着璧回去。秦国强大而赵国弱小，大王派一

因特殊情况需要加班，可自行安排。如乙方希望通过自行安排加

班取得加班费，则乙方必须在加班前四小时填写加班申请表呈总

经理审批。否则，视为无效加班，详见《员工手册》。

六、加班费OTCompensation

乙方经甲方批准在工作日加班，甲方必须支付给乙方基本工

资150%的报酬；休息日被安排工作而甲方又不能够给予乙方同

等时间的补休，则甲方须支付给乙方基本工资200%的报酬；若

在国家法定休假日被安排工作，甲方付给乙方基本工资300%的

报酬。

七、假期与福利HolidayBenefits

1.有薪国家法定假日StatutoryHolidayofpRCChinawith

4.社会保险SocialInsurance

八、劳动纪律Discipline

乙方应严格遵守甲方制定的各项规章制度和劳动纪律（详请

请参照《员工手册》执行）

九、保密协议Confidentiality

乙方需严格保守工作过程中接触和了解到的公司商业秘密

（包括生产技巧、工艺流程、技术秘密、管理方法、产销策略、

货源情报、设计图纸、成本价格和客户资料），否则将受到行政

处罚（如无条件解雇、赔偿等）；触犯刑法的，甲方将有权移交司

法机关处理。乙方调离甲方，应得到甲方同意，并将所有商业秘

密资料移交甲方，同时承担不向外泄露的义务，并保证半年内不

得利用甲方商业秘密在生产同类且与甲方有竞争关系的产品的

其他企业内任职。否则，甲方有权要求乙方赔偿因此而带来的一

切经济损失。

十、合同终止Termination

1.终止本合同条件Terminationconditions

A.试用期间，双方皆可即时通知对方解除本合同；

contractbyimmediateeffect.

B.试用期满后，任何一方欲解除合同，须提前三十日以书面

形式通知对方。否则，违约方须向守约方支付违约金（违约金为

乙方一个月的工资），若造成守约方经济损失的，应依法承担赔

偿责任。

2.甲方在下列情况下可随时直接地通知乙方解除本合同，

无须履行任何法定义务和手续，无须向乙方补偿Ifanycaseof

A.乙方在试用期间达不到甲方的要求；partyB‘s

performancecan’tmeetpartyA‘srequirement.

B.乙方严重失职，给甲方利益造成重大损失的；

C.违反甲方有关规定，应予开除的，详情请参照《员工手册》

3.乙方在下列情况下终止本合同不需向甲方补偿

Ifanyoneofthefollowingcircumstances，partyBhasthe

rightofinformpartyArescissionofthecontractwithoutany

pensation：

A.被非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的；

partyBisforcedtoworkbyillegalmeans.

B.未按本合同约定支付劳动报酬或劳动条件的；

partyBcannotgetthesalaryorworkingconditionswhich

agreedinthecontract.

十一、甲、乙双方须共同遵守国家有关法规以及甲方《员工

手册》的有关规定。

十二、本合同自甲方盖章、乙方签署之日起生效。
