如何更改Groove2007的文件存放目录！

Groove是Office中的一个组件，也可以说是一个用来解决网络协同办公的软件，实用

性很强，我的很多同事和朋友都在使用Groove2007来管理项目中的文档。

但Groove有三个"致命"的问题，一个是文件默认存放在系统盘（比如C盘），当工作区

文件比较大时，系统盘空间就不够用了，很容易导致重做系统或划分"巨大"的空间给C盘；

另外一个，就是当重做系统后，帐户信息可以通过备份的文件导入，但工作区中的文件却无

法导入，只能重新下载（文件是加密的，直接访问是无法使用的；如果备份文件，需要在工

作区中进行备份）；第三个问题是如果工作区的系统管理员系统崩溃了，无法登录Groove

了，则该工作区则无法再进行后期的维护了，比如增减联系人、更改权限等。

第三个问题比较好解决，就是在建立工作区时，设置至少2位管理员，这样，当一位管

理员出问题时，其他管理员可以继续进行工作区的维护；

第二个问题，暂无法解决，网上也没有找到好的解决方案；（如哪位同学有解决方案，

可留言或邮件回复，万分感谢！）

第一个问题，在同事的帮助下，终于有了解决方案，其实很简单，就是使用了一个mklink

命令，具体操作方法和步骤如下：

（1）通过任务管理器将Groove相关程序关闭（和）

（2）将C:UsersAppdataLocalMicrosoftOffice目录下的Groove文件夹剪

切到其他剩余空间较大的盘（比如，D盘）

（3）通过"开始运行"中输入cmd回车，打开windowsDOS窗口

（4）输入命令并回车执行：

Mklink/DC:UsersyzqAppdataLocalMicrosoftOfficeGrooveE:Groove

Mklink/DC:UsersyzqAppDataLocalMicrosoftOfficeGrooveE:Program%20FilesGroove

其中，为当前用户，比如我是使用administrator来登录系统的，所以，我

执行的命令为：

C:UsersyzqAppDataLocalMicrosoftOffice

Mklink/DC:UsersadministratorAppdataLocalMicrosoftOfficeGrooveD:Groove

（5）打开Groove，测试一下，应该是没有OK了。

解决方案的核心和关键，就是mklink命令的使用！

Selectthe'System'and'User'folderandmovethemtothedirectoryontheotherdiskthat

youcreatedinstep2.

Afterthefileshavemoved,deletethe

C:UsersAppdataLocalMicrosoftOfficeGroovefolder.

Now,openacommandpromptandenterthecommand:Mklink/D

C:UsersAppdataLocalMicrosoftOfficeGrooveD:GrooveDataReplace

withyourownusernameandreplaceD:GrooveDatawiththelocationyouusein

indowsExplorer,youshouldseeaGroovefolderagainunder

C:Usersmehowever,thefolderhasa

shortcuticononit,ultingfoldershouldlooklikethe

uldalsoseetheGroovefilesagainthatyoumovedtothelocationfromstep2.

There'sonecaveat:WindowswillnotapplytheparentNTFSpermissionstothefilesandfolders

thatarebehindthesymboliclink;thosefilesandfolderswillinheritthepermissionsfromtheir

ownparent,whichisD:sureyouexplicitlygiveyourself(orthelocal'Users'

group)fullcontrolonD:GrooveDatafolder,otherwiseWindowsUserAccountControlmight

preventyoufrommodifyingthecontentsandGroove2007willhaveaproblemwiththefiles.

NowyoucanstartupGroove2007again,anditwillhappilyusethefilesfromtheredirected

location!
