【Java】Spring持久层报错：no matching editors or conversion strategy found

一、问题

最近在搭spring的批量框架，报错频繁，算是一趟趟坑之旅吧；

Cannot convert value of type 'java.lang.String' to 
required type 'javax.sql.DataSource' for property 'dataSource': 
no matching editors or conversion strategy found

二、解决

原因就是在持久层的xml配置里，将【ref】写错成了【value】；
