解决fatal: unable to access‘‘:GnuTLS recv error

问题描述
使用git clone https://github/NVIDIA/apex 下载apex，结果出现：fatal: unable to access 'https://github/NVIDIA/apex/': GnuTLS recv error (-110): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.
解决方案
将命令中https改成git，变成git clone git://github/NVIDIA/apex即可！
